Veteran’s Day is a great day to talk about loyalty.  When it comes to legal services, law firms are facing a familiar dilemma shared by many other service professions: the erosion of client loyalty.

Spurred by a weak economy, consumers are becoming less and less loyal, and the cost of acquiring new customers is always higher than retaining an existing one.  Building client loyalty is not a complex process as the infographic from SCORE below illustrates; building a client-centric culture within your law firm is usually the bigger challenge.
